Board Committee Blogs were established to solicit ideas and feedback from the Harrisburg School District Community. As the purpose for the blogs is to dispense and gather information, the board will not be replying to any comments in this forum. Public comments will be read and moderated by the board committee chair. The Board may chose to address issues from this forum at a public board meeting. This site is not responsible for any content you submit. Comments are moderated before going public. Therefore, we reserve the right, but undertake no duty, to review, edit, move, or delete any content submitted by users, in our sole discretion, without notice, including but not limited to the following reasons:

• Users must be 13 years of age or older. Students should seek parental permission before posting and not post using their full names. 
• Keep your messages on topic for the particular discussion you are involved in.
• Debate and opposing opinions are welcome, but please behave courteously and responsibly.
• Do not make posts that are obscene, indecent, hateful, offensive, defamatory, abusive, or profane.
• Do not post junk mail, pyramid schemes, chain letters or advertisements.
• Do not engage in personal attacks, harassment or bullying.
• Vulgar and insulting nicknames will be removed. Nicknames attempting to impersonate other users will be removed.
• Do not post personal information about yourself or another person such as but not limited to telephone number, street address or information that could be considered harmful or confidential. 
• Do not post using an e-mail address belonging to another person.
  
• Do not post information that encourages criminal activity of any kind, or any statements that may give rise to civil liability.
• Do not post copyrighted material, including newsletter items, newspaper articles, excerpts from books, music, poems, photographs, video files or any other material, unless you own the copyright to that material, or have written permission to post it.
