    Who:  A High School senior.  Must be a dependent child of a parent who works for the PA Association of Community Bankers (PACB) or a child of a parent of the PACB who was deceased for no more than two years.
    Academic Requirements:  Must send official school transcript,  must submit most recent  report card, and submit highest SAT or ACT scores.
    Other :  Must submit a 1,000 word typed essay  on how will your graduation and future education impact your relationship with and view of your community.  How will will it impact your leadership skills?
