PHONE SYSTEM INFORMATION
General Information
• The District uses 5 digit extensions.
• Mailbox Size: Total amount of storage is 20 minutes.
• Retention Time: new, unopened, old, and filed messages
will be kept for 15 days.
• Emptying of mailboxes is the responsibility of each user.
• If you get “Locked Out”:
The system will allow you 3 attempts to enter the correct password
before it locks out your account. Should this occur please contact
phoneadmin@hbgsd.k12.pa.us or call 31574 for assistance.
